Hii guys! Hope you doing well.
My today’s blog is on Google AdSense. If you’re into
digital marketing, you would definitely have an idea about it. If not, then no
need to worry. My blog is a guide for you. Here you’ll learn about GoogleAdSense in brief. But the condition is - make your reading till the end. By
the end of this article, I’m sure you’ll have complete knowledge about Google AdSense.
Without any further ado, let’s get started from scratch.
What is the concept of Google AdSense revolve
around?
Moreover, the webmaster can place ads anywhere on the site he
wants. He basically has to modify the HTML tag for that.
No doubt, this is an amazing way of generating revenue
online from the sites. But you have to invest in time, little money, and put in
efforts to get an approval of Google AdSense.
Let’s now move further and dig a little more below.
How Google AdSense works?
So, now you have a better idea of Google AdSense, right.
Let’s now see how it works. Well, the whole process of Google AdSense starts by
creating an account on it. Once you’re done with creating an account, you then
have to insert a small amount of code that you get from AdSense only into your
website page. After that Google will start showing targeted ads on your page
that are relevant to the content on your website. And based on users’ previous
search queries.
Now that ads are placed on your site, people who will
visit your site will click on the ads if they find them relevant and this is how you
generate money based on each click. Let me tell you that Google AdSense works
on a cost-per-click and revenue-sharing basis. Did you get the point here? It simply
means that you need to provide plenty of clicks to generate revenue.
Who all are eligible for getting Google AdSense
approval?
* People who have websites are eligible for applying Google AdSense. But here is brief detail on this.
· * If you have a website on Blogger, then
use the monetize tab to set up and manage the AdSense account.
· * If you’re using free WordPress then you
can’t use AdSense. But yes, you can use WordAds if you have your own custom
domain.
· * But an added advantage is for those who use self-hosted WordPress as they can easily apply for AdSense. You will receive a code that you can place anywhere on site you want.

Some important things to remember about Google
Ads
Make sure to read each given point thoroughly before
you place ads on your blog. Let’s starts reading them one by one –
· * Don’t try to click your own ads. Why?
You may not be aware of it but Google knows everything. If you do so, Google
will notify you about the same. You may try to make 50 clicks on your own to
generate revenue but in the end, your site will be banned.
· * Of course, if you place ads on your
website, you will generate some income but never rely on Google ads solely. Always
try to use other methods to monetize your blog.
· * Make sure to use only 3 ad blocks on
a single page. Why only 3, you ask? Well, Google only allows for 3 ad blocks on
a single page. So, if you have one in your header, one in the sidebar, and at the
end of the post, I guess, that’s enough. More than that will result in
penalization.
· * Once in a time, you will surely
encourage your family, friends, and relatives to click on the ads, just don’t do
this. Well, this is a bad practice. You may never know when you will get banned
from AdSense. So, drop the idea here that Google won’t figure it out.
· * Finally, pay attention to your clicks
you get once a month. If your average click is 2 in a month, and you get
100 in a day then there is something obviously wrong.
